Hi, I’m Chris! — a Phoenix-based guitarist, bassist, and music nerd who’s been teaching students of all ages for over six years.

I’ve played in bands, written songs, recorded tracks, and jammed in garages until the neighbors knocked. Music’s been part of my life for as long as I can remember — but teaching? That’s where I really found my groove.

I started teaching because I realized how frustrating it can be to learn from stiff books, endless YouTube videos, or one-size-fits-all lesson plans. I wanted to be the kind of teacher I wish I’d had: someone who listens, adapts, and makes learning feel natural and fun — not like a chore.

Whether you're learning your first chord or trying to master jazz theory, I’ll meet you where you're at, build a plan around your goals, and help you stay motivated every step of the way.

When I’m not teaching, I’m probably tinkering with guitar pedals, obsessing over tone, or hunting for the perfect riff. I believe music is for everyone — and I’d love to help you make it part of your life.
